An unusual cocktail with a delightful combination of bananas and nutmeg. Nutmeg is a beautifully aromatic spice, to be used in moderation.
INGREDIENTS
- Some crushed ice
- 65ml fresh cream
- 45ml light rum
- 45ml banana liquor
- Dash of Grenadine
- 1 drop Nutmeg Spice Drops®
- 3-4 thick slices of banana, for garnish
METHOD
- In a shaker, combine the crushed ice with the cream, rum, Grenadine and Nutmeg Spice Drops® and shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with slices of banana.
