INGREDIENTS
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml fresh raspberry puree/6 fresh raspberries.
- 15ml raspberry syrup/simple syrup
- 10ml homemade grenadine (pomegranate reduction)
- 1 drop Rose Spice Drops®
- Sparking water or soda water to top up.
- Fresh raspberry/lemon slices, for garnish
INGREDIENTS ALCOHOLIC:
- 240ml London Dry Gin
- 15ml raspberry syrup/simple syrup
- 10ml homemade grenadine (pomegranite reduction)
- 1 drop Rose Spice Drops®
- Sparking water or soda water to top up.
- Fresh raspberry/lemon slices, for garnish
METHOD
- Muddle the raspberries and lemon slices in a glass.
- Drop in the ice cubes
- Shake all the ingredients together in a shaker, except the sparkling water/ soda water and pour it over the fresh ice.
- Top up with the sparkling water or soda water.
