INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Seedlip Grove 42
- 2 drops Orange Zest Spice Drops
- 2 drops Red Chilli Spice Drops
- 2 drops Ginger Spice Drops
- 60ml Blood Orange Juice (freshly squeezed – roughly 1 blood orange)
- 20ml Lime Juice (freshly squeezed – roughly 1 lime)
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
METHOD
- Add the blood orange juice & lime juice to a cocktail shaker without ice and shake vigorously to create “fluffy” juice.
- Add the sugar syrup, Holylama Spice Drops & Seedlip & shake again with ice.
- Pour into a rocks glass / tumbler over ice & garnish with a charred blood orange slice, a slice of red chilli & a slice of ginger.
